Great service! Have all of my mail and shipped items in one place. And per my request they hold the unnecessary flyers! And they work great with my phone app! Really loving UPS!

Upon arriving at the store I was greeted by very friendly staff members. I was the only customer in the store and did not need to wait to be fingerprinted. I asked the most economical way to print 2 2 page black and white PDF documents I had in my email as well as on a thumb drive. The woman I talked to advised me to use my thumb drive on the customer computer to quickly pull up te documents and print then in, "2 minutes." That sounded great as I was pretty sure I could pull them up and print under a minute. After trying both USB ports unsuccessfully I stiff in line to let the staff know the ports were not working. A they were busy assisting other customers I thought I would print though my email first. After quickly printing the documents I then waited to talk to someone about how to ensure that there wasn't a copy saved on the computer. After that discussion I checked out and was slightly shocked to be billed for 10 minutes of computer use, when all I had wanted was to quickly print off my thumb drive that was not recognized by the computer.

I don't ship a lot, but when I do I go to this particular store. The people that work there are extremely nice and very helpful! Very good customer service!
