      BCI really has done wonders for my business. I no longer have to pay someone to answer phones and I don't have to worry if I go on vacation.

The company has been operational for more than 60 years and employs over 25 individuals. With its advanced computer aided telemessaging system, Berkshire can process more than 3,000 calls per week. Its state-of-the-art Central Alarm Monitoring Station is staffed 24-hours and seven-days a week including backup with a redundant system. Additionally, the Companion Program offered by Berkshire is designed and manufactured by General Electric Co CareGard, a personal emergency response system.
