First of all if you plan on using integrity think twice. They cannot cover hours, and they do not live up to our expectations. The Mangement is rude. They work their aids way to much. The one we had cannot be on time and when cannot the hours we asked for or who we asked for.When you follow someone you like them you want them.As for compassionate care only sometimes not always. A lot of inconsistency on their part never have the same one all the time.When the aid cannot come then they have no one to cover those hours so your out of luck for care. Shame on them for being in business and to run it this way. I hope you don't experience what we have. I will tell all I can not to use them. Sorry that's just the way it is.
