Great place for water fitness! Coaches are the best!

Aqua Fit has been invaluable to my recovery from bi-lateral knee replacement. Plus it's fun and I've made lots of wonderful friends there! Melissa and Chad are great, challenging teachers! You should give it a try!

We take our son Landon there and he loves the instructors. He loves Melissa and Sabrina, but Sabrina hasn't been there in so long, I'm sure he misses her. Wish she was around more! Both of them are great instructors. He learned very quick at swimming and still continues to go there. He started going there when he was about 18 months and he just loves it there. The instructors are great. My son is 2 1/2 now and they moved him up to the preschool class. The only thing I don't like about it is before each class is going over the rules each time before class because it is VERY hard to keep a 2 1/2 entertained because he wants to go swim, otherwise, I rather just have our normal orientation before each semester and then check in like we used to and then head straight to the pool. It is so much easier when you have a little toddler that just wants to swim.

My husband and I decided to enroll my 4 year old daughter a month ago. She loves it. All coaches are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this swimming program for any age!!!

I have decided to enroll my 7 year old daughter this session. She is really having a great time refining her swim skills with her instructor. I feel the ratio of students to instructor is perfect where she has gotten the amount of time needed in her session to learn and refine her skills. It has allowed her to build her confidence and reinforced the safety factor.

I look forward to continuing her lessons there and enroll my younger daughter in lessons there as well.

At the beginning of summer my 3 year old would cry when I would step into the water holding her, she was so scared. Even after the very 1st class I could see improvement in her, she was building confidence, she was having fun. Ms. Emily is a gem of a teacher, making their lesson times magical. Monkeying on the wall, swimming with big rainbow arms, learning so many new skills to be able to enjoy the water and be safe in it too. I can’t recommend Aqua~Fit enough! With their inspiring direction and practice my 3 year old can swim across the pool now. Thank you Aqua~Fit!

I love going to Aqua Fit. Have been going twice a week for almost two years and it has been great for my knees and overall feeling of wellness. Instructors make it fun and more than worthwhile. I recommend it to all my friends.

I have been swimming and exercising at Aqua Fit for several years. I began because I am a diabetic and was on insulin injection, since I started with the Fit program at Aqua-Fit I have lost 40 + pounds and am no longer on insulin and now have a BMI of 25.48, and enjoy keeping up with my class and continue to get healthier with the warm water workout.

I love Aqua Fit and so do my children! They have such an awesome time every single class! Prices are very reasonable and instructors are well trained! They really specify on Safety and that is my favorite part. I love knowing that they teach my child what to do if they would to ever fall in the water. If you want well trained instructors and classes that will really teach your child then Aqua Fit is the place to go!

I love going to Aqua~Fit! I've been to many other pools and I love that this pool is always around 88 degrees. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend Aqua~Fit to anyone!!

The swim instructors at Aqua~Fit are great! My children were encouraged, taught quality safety and swim skills, as well as appropriately challenged. I was amazed how much they improved after just a few lessons.
