Avoid this company. Worse leasing company in the metroplex. First, they will nickel and dime you for everything!!!!! And I mean, everything. I lived in one of their rental properties for 6 years and was billed for every single maintenance call I ever had to make. ONE week after moving into my rental property, I noticed the dishwasher, refrigerator (ice maker), and garbage disposal wasn't working properly. It took First Choice 10 days to get someone out to fix the issues (they are ridiculously slow at responding to maintenance requests). Then they had the audacity to bill ME several hundred dollars for the broken appliances, even though these appliances was broke before I even moved in. I refused to pay; however, when I moved out (6 years later), they deducted that service call and appliance repairs from my security deposit.
