We were very pleased with the hospitality of ALL the guys at this shop. EVERYONE seemed genuinely concerned and interested in helping us to get back on the road. The owner had several guys drop what they were doing and expedite parts, etc. to get us back on our travel. Parts didn't come in on time, so we ended up having to stay the weekend. One person offered to stop after church on Sunday to take us to the grocery store or run errands! JB stopped by on Sunday to see how we were and if we needed anything! He gave us bottled water for our stay! Thank you ALL for making the 'stop over' more bearable! I highly recommend this place! They were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I highly reccomend Plano Tire Co. My most recent experience there will make me a repeat customer. As a 26 year old female with average car knowledge you feel like a target walking into auto shops. Not only did they decline to make a sale but they charged me the bare minimum for helping me out. Bridgestone/Firestone on the other hand tried to charge me 8X as much for product I didn't even need. Plano Tire has been very fair with me. They have driven me to the rental car place when I needed it. They have checked out my car for free when my car got bumped by another car. They have given me fair prices. I needed a new radiator. The dealer quoted $600 but I got it done at Plano Tire for $329. I have gotten belts replaced there as well as O2 sensors. I am soon to get brakes done there. Their waiting room is air conditioned and the staff are amiable.
