      Founded in 1874 and located in Plattsburgh, N.Y., Clinton County Nursing Home provides long-term care and skilled nursing services. It is a 80-bed Medicare- and Medicaid-certified nursing home that has a staff of registered and trained nurses and physicians that provide 24-hour emergency services. The nursing home comprises private and semiprivate air-conditioned rooms. Additionally, it provides balanced meals to its patients and nutritional counseling services with the aid of registered dieticians, and it also provides physical, occupational and speech therapies. Clinton County Nursing Home also organizes recreational and social activities for its patients and offers beautician and barber services. Its staff of nurses and caregivers also provide assistance to its patients with daily living activities and 24-hour medication monitoring services.
