      The best decision I ever made!

      Larry Lake provides many services above what the other inspectors do. He is honest and will not "pass over" issues that need to be addressed just to keep from being a "deal killer".

      General Info
      We have been doing home inspections for over 14 years and have a very good reputation with OUR clients. The main thing about US and what sets US apart from others is we are very independent. This means we will NOT allow real estate agents or anyone else coercer US in going soft on an inspection just SO they CAN make the sale. This is NOT to SAY ALL real estate agents are dishonest. But many have been tempted to control or TRY to control home inspectors to make a soft report. I AM hoping in the future many home buyers will understand this fact and always look for an independent home inspector and NOT the ONE chosen by the agent.
