Flowers were never dilivered to me. They stopped at a random house and left them. Flowers final arrived in poor wilted condition. When a person pays for delivery charge the florist should at least deliver them to whom they are intended

Port Charlotte florist has poor service. They charge for delivery but did not deliver it to me they dropped it off at a house in the neighborhood when the flowers finally arrived they were wilted, some of the stems were broken. The flowers are beautiful and fresh. They last a long time. I have gotten Mother's DAy, anniversary, and presentation bouquets here as well as long-stem bouquets. The arrangement is lovely and the presentation is always really special. Good service. Highly recommend this florist.
