Price Gouging

I had Air Masters recently come out on a Saturday to repair our gas furnace. I was OK with the overtime labor charge, but They charged us $595 for a $160 part, because they knew we had to have heat. Price Gouging! Never Again

I am totally satisfied with this heating company Air Masters Heating in Port Orchard, WA. They went above and beyond my expectations when installing a new Trane heat pump system. They installed our new heating system in one day and they were prompt & courteous. They cleaned up before they left and even swept our driveway. It was cleaner when they left before they came. Then the salesman came back two weeks later for a visit just to make sure I understood my heat pump system and thermostat operation.
