Tried to get an estimate for new heating and hot water system. Seth came out, said he'd send an estimate in a week. Two weeks later, I emailed/called twice and was assured that they would follow up...NOTHING. Guess they don't need the business.

We initially were nervous because the price is a few dollars an hour higher than other companies but what we got in return was amazing. Prompt attention, well groomed polite professional plumber. Sometimes it pays to pay a few more dollars. They are welcome in my home anytime.
