If I could do zero stars I would! Do not call on the weekend, the guy who answers the phone will just tell you to call during the week. He apparently has a trained response that karcher pressure washers are only recommended for 100 hours of use, I wonder if karcher would be ok with him telling people they cannot replace parts... What a joke, would not recommend these guys ever...
