Recently had brake pads and rotors done for 05 bmw x3. Service was excellent. Professional and fast. They discuss and answer your questions and didnt try to sell me any service i didnt need. They actually explained why some things recommended by another shop didnt need to be done. Almost all negative reviews are complaints about cost but compared to bmw dealerships or other quality shops they are actually much less. As any reasonably intelligent bmw owner knows, bmw parts and knowledgeable mechanics are not cheap. Highy recommend this place to anyone.

Meet Our Staff: Kuimars Raiatchi - Master German Technician: Kuimars has been an Automotive Technician since 1966. He has been a BMW Master Technician since 1983. He has been Bosch ABS and Fuel Injection System Certified since 1994. He specializes in bumper to bumper mechanical, electrical, and computer service and vehicle diagnostics. Craig Murray - Technician: Craig has been an Automotive Technician since 1974. He has been a BMW Technician since 1984. He has been a BMW Journeyman Technician since 1991. He specializes in bumper to bumper mechanical and electrical repair, and vehicle diagnostics. Anthony Dickinson - Technician: Anthony is the newest member of the Boyd team. He holds an AS degree in Automotive Technology. He is a Level II Certified BMW Technician. He specializes in bumper to bumper mechanical, electrical, and computer service and diagnostics.
