There are two types of locksmiths: one, that requires a zillion calls to be made before they get there and two, locksmiths who take the initiative and follow up on you. Well, Portland City Locksmith happens to fall under the second category. Though I’d made the appointment with them at 8pm, I couldn’t make it on time. But Jack from Portland City Locksmith followed up, and patiently waited for half an hour until I reached home. Thank you so much for waiting it out. From what I read on their website, they offered a 24-hour service in Portland, OR. Well, thats what most firms say, but when it comes to delivering it, they fail miserably. Anyway, I decided to give Portland City Locksmith a try and I must say Im very impressed. My call was answered in seconds and within ten minutes a van had pulled up outside my home. All I needed was a fix on my troublesome lock and it took Jack barely a few minutes to get the job done. The bill carried no extra charge, even though Id called them up at 11 pm.
