Imperial Fabricating manufactures, stamps and assembles nearly 1,600 different components for clients in the heavy truck and bus industry. Imperial operates state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, such as waterjet cutters, flat sheet and five-axis lasers, robotic welding, CNC brakes and punches, heavy presses and a wide range of stamping. Imperial Fabricating is housed in a 230,000-square-foot fabricating and assembly facility. The company is ISO-9002 and QS-9000 quality certified. Imperial Fabricating s competencies include polishing aluminum and steel substrates, as well as chrome plating steel and aluminum using copper, nickel and trichrome.
