DO NOT USE ANDREW'S ROOFING UNLESS YOU WANT A LEAKY ROOF IN 6 MONTHS. I bought a house that had its roof put on brand new by Andrew's Roofing in January of this year. The day I closed, July 19th, there was a big rain storm. I came to my new home the next day excited only to find water spots (that weren't there during my closing inspection) from the roof in 2 rooms. I had the paper work with the warranty so I called. I was told I had to wait at least 4 weeks for them to come inspect it to see if it was indeed warranty work. Ridiculous amount of time to wait for a leak in your roof during the rainy season. Their excuse for the wait? They had a lot of calls in for leaks under warranty (hmmmmmm). They eventually came out and "said they fixed" the issues where items weren't properly sealed on install (they installed it). Now remember they WILL NOT FIX ANY INTERNAL DAMAGE that is caused by their shoddy workmanship. Called a second time a month later because of a leak in another spot. Another 4 week wait because of SOOOOO many warranty calls. They told me that one is because my window seal is leaking and charged me $150.00 for nothing. Now here I am calling yet again (only owned the house about 2 months now) for the same 2 original spots they told me they fixed. I have water leaking into those rooms through the attic and the ceiling drywall is soft and dripping. Again at least a 4 week wait while my roof leaks anytime it rains because they have too many warranty calls. **PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.** They don't care about you, other than the money in your pocket that they want in theirs.

I recently had an attic fan installed by Andrews Roofing. The guys were totally professional and fast, in addtion to being courteous. They even suggest and electrican to hook power up to my fan and he can on time as well. I'm looking to them for my roofing needs.

This is the follow-up to a negative review from the fall of 2010. After continuing to work with Andrews Roofing they completed all the necessary repairs to properly install the gutters and roofing. They stood behind their work and returned many times to make it right. Every concern I had was addressed. They admitted that some mistakes had been made but the President of the company assured me that they would return however many times it took to complete the job to my satisfaction and that they have learned from the experience and changed some of the ways they do business. We have used Andrews in the past and whenever any issue was brought up or warranty claim made; they fixed it, no questions asked.

A few years ago(almost 10) we used Andrews roofing to replace our roof and during that time the railing broke on the porch, they fixed it right away and it was better than it was before. Then last year we went back to them to have a roof replaced on a rental property and they did an amazing job. Fast, accurate,great customer service, cleaned up after themselves and the price was right! I would refer them to any of my friends or neighbors for a job that can be expected to be well done! thankyou!!!

I highly recommend Andrews Roofing. They do fantastic work. The men are clean cut and courteous, honest. The price was reasonable.

November 11, 2010 Dear Sirs, A year ago during the 2009 Nor-easter, a neighbor's tree fell striking our home and damaging our roof. As a result a third of the roof was damaged and rain began leaking into 3 interior rooms. By 7:30 AM the next morning I had spoken to Andrews' representative and by noon the holes in the attic had been covered, the leaks stopped, and no further damage was suffered. Later Andrews' personnel returned and effectively repaired rafters, replaced damaged sheathing and reshingled the house. All of this was accomplished in time for repairs to be made so that we could host family for Christmas. Thank you for being available and so prompt when we needed help a year ago. I would give a negative score if possible; they will lie to you and do a bad job. They messed up our roof left rotten wood, and after 3 months are still trying to fix all their mistakes. They sloped our gutters up from the downspouts, put in backwards seams and left all the holes in the facal board. We had to hire someone else to fix the facal board after there was a gap between the roof and the board, Awful customer service, horrible craftsmanship, and overall a nightmare to work with. I just want this to end. Please avoid using these people. Save your money and time and find someone who can do the Job right!
