I called this company because in 1995 they had done a property survey for the home that I purchased. Now I needed an updated survey for additional improvements. I called and spoke with the receptionist and she said I needed to talk to a certain person (who was at lunch at 3 p.m.) so I had to leave a voice mail for him. Thinking I'd hear from him after his lunch.....but nothing. I called again the next day just before noon. The receptionist said the person was 'on his way into the office', and she put me on hold for a minute, came back and said he told her he'd review his voicemail and call me within the hour. Nothing. And she did make it a point to tell me they were VERY BUSY and couldn't give any kind of estimate of when they could even do the job. I may not have a big commercial job for them, but $350 - $400 (or perhaps more) is someone's weekly wage. Guess they don't need the work or the money. Guess they don't need a good review either. It's been almost a week since I initiated that first call and still nothing. I called another local surveyor and they were so accommodating and I will have my property done and paper in hand with the week.
