Horrible, spoke to them yesterday confirmed what time they opened. Drove an hour got there just before 9. Waited till 1030 still no one showed up. Nothing on their door, website, facebook page or answering machine about them not being there. Wasted alot of time absolutly horrible and unproffesional suggest taking your business elsewere.

Ordered a set of American Rough Rider .22lr revolvers from American Family Pawn & Guns. The price for the pair were exceptional given they were brand new - most other places I've seen have sold them between $50-100 more. Upon payment, I received the revolvers at my local FFL promptly. American Family Pawn & Guns was also available via email and phone with almost instant response. Would purchase again through this business.

I lost hundreds of dollars buying from Kevin. He shipped the package so improperly that it was stolen. I paid $475 for an item his replacement it was worth $200. I lost $275 doing business with him. NEVER AGAIN!

Its great to have a pawn shop in Powhatan! The owner is friendly, honest, and takes his time explaining how things work. I have delt with Kevin a few times and he researches your items before making an offer. Remember, it is a pawn shop! Don't walk in and expect store prices for things you are trying to sell.

This pawn shop is really nice, he provides alot of good quality items which is a plus, however, I felt pressured to buy something. He would make little comments and was very pushy. Oh yea some prices were reasonable and others you would be better off just purchasing in the store. If your like me I'm a bargain shopper and I look for DEALS, I mean real deals in this day and age.
