Formed in November of 1978, CPF Underground Utilities Inc. designs, constructs and installs thermal distribution systems in the eastern United States. Located in Prince Frederick, Md., it is involved in complex piping systems and underground utilities of all types. The company's current projects include HOTD Upgrade Phase I, Bolling Air Force Base HTHW Replacement, EEOB UG Steam and Condensate, NSWC Steam Line Improvements, etc. CPF Underground Utilities Inc. has completed projects, such as Exploration Science Building, Replace Mall Steam Pipe Loop and Paint Branch Road Storm Drain among others.
