My mother had hard wood flooring installed by prospect flooring and the floor is buckling in spots all over the house. It is so bad we are tripping on it. My mom has contacted them about this but they say we have to wait until a inspector comes from the manufacturer to look at it. 3 weeks we had been tripping on this and as my mother is elderly we are afraid for her safety. We hope they will rip this out and have someone with knowledge of Installing flooring to fix it. WE WIll NEVER GO BACK TO THESE PEPLE AGAIN!!!!!
