Rude! Horrible customer service. Wouldn't even smile at us. Acted like we wasted her time!

Selection was alright. The staff was NOT helpful. Did not offer to show different styles of bustles, or have clips to cinch the dress so the bride-to-be would have a better idea of the fit. Did not offer to assist with dressing or undressing of the bride-to-be. The assistant was actually in the other room steaming dresses while the bride-to-be was assessing the look, feel, cut, style, fabric, and designer of her gown. I paid a plane ticket to Minnesota where the clothes are tax free, which was well worth the money for better service. Think twice before jumping into this store to try on dresses.

The selection was nice and the staff was helpful. Good choices.
