As the owner of Steel City Hardwood it is the upmost importance to attempt to please all for our customers. We will always talk with our customers and fix any and all problems with any flooring we do as many times as it takes to please them. There is not enough room to write just how bad this company is. They have been out 6 different times to try and repair the mistakes of the original installation. I have never as a general contractor seen such incompetents. There was one great worker they had but cant give her name, but she knows who she is. She is the one person that was finally repairing all the errors, but it was over welling her. They did damage to my walls which were brand new, got clue all over, just a total mess. Finally on Monday the owner shows up for the first time, even though he said he would be out on the other occasion, never showed or called. Which is another big beef with them, he is absolutely terrible in treating a customer like they should be. There is so much more, but no need. Just stay as far away as you can from this company. I dont know if this will allow me to give a zero rating, so if I have to give one star its zero actually.

Mike and his crew have done an excellent job on my hardwood floors. He did my floor exactly when he said he could do it. He was clean, quick and respectful of my home. We have used Mike twice, and been very happy each time.
