Leigh does a great job with accommodating to young children who really should not be going out on trails, she adjusts the groupon so that your kids can still get the horseback ridding experience without being out into danger. The facility is very nice the trails are beautiful and the instructors are great. I have been here for trail rides and lessons and it is by far the best and nicely laid back barn I have been to. Horses are great and the instructors are very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone

Such a fun place to be. I've been riding here for a little over a year and really love it. I've been to quite a few barns in the area and no other place has the fun and laid back atmosphere of Cimarron Ranch. It is also nice that there are a good number of western and trail riders at the barn, as many barns in the Westchester/Putnam area are only dressage/show barns (some are complete with stuffy attitudes and trust-fund prices). The trails are fun too, I've been exploring for over a year and still find new things when I go out.
