      American Restaurant with a quick-service cafe model. The kitchen has freshly prepared hot breakfast (touted by patrons as best in town and offered all day long), and a bountiful menu of lunch items such as panini sandwiches, a BLT on a pretzel bun, and so many unique combinations of salads, wraps, and flatbreads. As if that isn't enough, a dazzling display of sweet treats give it a Chicago style bakery theme. But there's more! A daily drip coffee selection of 4 flavors, baristas with the proper equipment and knowledge, and a menu of specialty coffee and espresso drinks, smoothies and tea and lemonade make it a top notch coffee shop, not to mention the great vibes the building puts out. Tucked in the back corner sits a room staffed with a team of decorators that diners can watch as they build beautiful custom cakes for weddings, birthdays and other events.
