What do you do when you are out of the country and realize the only keyless fob to your car is lost?
You call KeyHarbor and let them provide a new keyless fob and on site reprogramming at RDU parking garage. Upon our arrival back, picking up the keyless fob and returning home was seamless. Thank you!

Key Harbor was very friendly and helpful when I came in to get a new key fob! They were very reasonable and fast with their service! Great place!!

I had 3 keys made and one did not work at all. I went back and a gentleman took the bad key in the back and returned about a minute later. He handed me the key. There was no apology for my inconvenience. It also did not work and it I believe he simply handed me back the poorly cut key. I would not take a chance on this place as their receipt says there are no refunds and in my experience they are not concerned about correcting mistakes.

The dealer wanted $1500 because they said I would have to replace my car's computer to get a new Lexus key fob. They made me 2 Lexus key fobs for under $450. Key Harbor is fantastic! Thanks again.

Don't Go There--This was the worst experience I have had with a store at Triangle Town Center. June 2, 2009 took a key into be fixed and to get a duplicate--cost $159. Was told it would be ready in 3 days. Daughter went back and they gave her a key that wasn't even the key to our car, new key not ready. Took the key back 3 days later still no new key and our key not fixed. Finally got new key 3 weeks later...still no fixed key. They said they'd call. July 24th daughter went in to check on the key the owner gave her a hard time about it being 2 months...never received a call...and they said that they were not even sure that they had the key. The owner was very rude and I would not recommend going there EVER!
