I would recommend Allen Imports to all my friends and family. They are true to their quote and very fast turn around time. The owner explains everything in detail and was very honest about the priority in which they were needed. I was very satisfied with my experience and will return to have them do other repairs.

I called them for a quote on a brake job and the price was less than the tire shop that checked them so i gave them a try and I had a positive experience. The owner gave me a walk thu explanation of what was wrong and actually discribed what I would feel from the problem. He even described a problem I forgot about and showed me why my car pulls right and shakes when I hadn't even mentioned it. This place really knows cars from our view and showed me from theirs. I was very happy with the price, time and personal service. And unlike my doctor all my symtoms were handled.

Had a problem with my Honda Civic. It had the check engine on and had died a couple times then in the morning it wouldn't start at all. I called a couple of shops from here and they all said start with a diagnostic and then maybe further testing at more money. Then I called and talked to Brian. He said it ran $85.00 to scan the computer and diagnose it. I had AAA tow it over and they fixed it the same day and the pice was resonable. It ended up being something with the distributor, the entire testing and fixing ran $188.56 Great experience and a clean shop too.

I went to a shop that was close to my home with my Lexus ES 300 for a oil leak. I paid to have it checked and they said it was the power steering hose and I had them replace it. A couple days later it was making noise again and it never stopped leaving marks where I parked it. When I took it back they said it was the pump and wanted another $600. I was skeptical so I checked here and found Allens Imports. When I called he said bring it by and he would check it for free. I thought a second opinion for free would work and if it turned out to be the pump I would get a second quote. I dropped it off on the way to work and they called me a short while later and said it was a part on the side of the pump and it would run around $180 dollars for the part and labor. The owner/mechanic Brian said it coated the pump so he cleaned it off and put a dye in it and he could see it leaking there. I wondered why the other shop hadn't used this dye. So I had him fix it. I was happy to get it fixed right and glad I found him here. I'll be bringing our cars to him from now on.

I had my brakes done at Brakemasters and they were always squeeking, I went back twice but they said it wouldnt do it for them. These guys did my front brakes for less and they are quiet and smooth.
