This apartment does not have any security on guard, and it also doesn't have the gates. I've sent in a few complaints about neighbors screaming swearing and fighting outside in the very late night (weekday), but doesn't seem to be doing much about it since it's keep happening. They sure did remind me about the 10pm noise policy.



My packages were stolen (4 out of 5 were stolen or arrived with empty box) when they were left in front of the door, and I definitely do not feel safe when I'm sleeping at night, and when I'm out for work.



I've moved into this apartment because of the location, and that is it. There is nothing good about this apartment except for location and in-unit laundry machine and dryer. Everyday I worry about whether if anyone might break in to my unit.



This is the responsibility of the management, and they don't seem to care much although other residents (including myself) have told the management about the security and noise issues. I don't understand how this apartment has four stars when almost every corner of this apartment is not secured and packages are being stolen and people fighting and yelling at nights. Not worth a single star, and I'm definitely moving out as soon as my lease is done.

Nice location, not friendly manager, not safe for your car, stolen tires and scooter, gated never closed, abuse the computer system to charge late fee or other fee without any staff to tell you. Request over 6 times maintenance because everything are old. Able to hearing neighbors snoring.
