State Court Services specializes in process service and nothing else. We're located at the junction of Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia, which provides easy access to all three states. Our rates are among the lowest in our area and we base our fees on the urgency of your service request. Out of state clients pay the same low fees as in-state clients unless there are special service or paperwork requirements. Our regular Virginia service area includes Arlington, Fairfax, Loudon and Prince William Counties, and adjoining counties can be served for an additional mileage charge. Our Maryland service area includes Washington, Frederick and Montgomery Counties In West Virginia we cover the entire Eastern Panhandle, which consists of Jefferson, Berkeley and Morgan Counties.
