They always did a great job for me and my family. I have known Eddie and Stephanie for sometime and find them to be great people. I hope and pray for their family that where ever the future leads you that you will do great and be safe.

Totally Horrible!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I WOULD!!!!! Trash was not picked up for a week and was told I was in the wrong cause I put 2 pieces of metal in the bag! Men took metal out of bag and threw it on the ground and still left the bag!!!!! When I confronted the owner on the phone she told me that "the customer is not always right" and that I needed to go find service elsewhere!!! Exactly what I am going to do!!!! If you can, DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I have been using Roach waste for 20+ years at 2 different houses and they have been great! When we moved there was lots and lots we got rid of and they picked up everything. If we ever had any debris left it was minimal and rare. Will use them as long as they are operating.

totally unprofessional.I left a voicemail as a new customer, and call was not returned until three days later.answering machine is a cheap store bought brand. missed last trash pickup. left many voice mail messages to resolve. when call was finally returned, lady told me to seek business somewhere else. so, that is exactly what we are doing.

They perform loosey.. They throw the trash cans anywhere they can NEVER pick up after themselves. HORRIBLE.!! I will find someone else and make sure EVERYONE I know does NOT use this company! I would rate them a -8 UNPROFESSIONAL in all areas!

does not collect trash when supposed to drives by and leaves trash in trash can. bill is paid on time so no reason. wont answer phone or return messaged. has not picked up my trash in a month.

They do a very good job for us in Jordan Ranch Estates in Midlothian. We would definately recomment this company.

We use Roach for weekly garbage pickup and I don't remember them ever missing a day or leaving any kind of "spill over" behind. Their referrals have also been good. I would recommend them and am about to call for a new clean-up project.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company everyday for 11 days. I left messages and phone numbers, but, they will not return my calls. I have their service but the truck has stopped picking up my trash for an unknown reason. I paid the bill, but I can't get them on the phone to make sure they got the check. Any company that WILL NOT answer their messages does not belong in business. Furthermore, any business that does not list their address should in my opinion be avoided.
