Angela was terrific w/ my 96 year old Dad and first time hearing aid user. Everyone in the office was super nice.

They are super friendly which is great but my son is a 2 year old with autism and doesn’t like to sit in one spot so the test they do is more for kids without special needs it’s almosy impossible to do the test on him cause it requires the toddler to sit still in one spot and not toddler likes to do that especially a toddler with autism

Very professional, yet relaxed & down-to-earth. Efficient w/out seeming to be rushed. Appropriately clean & uncluttered space; well-equipped with diagnostic gear. Angela Batini seems knowledgeable, intelligent, & practical. Glad to have her as a resource. The office staff are efficient, helpful & warm.

My two year old son was referred here and the entire visit was extremely easy. He was at ease the whole time and I felt relieved to get answers.
