      Steve's awesome. He fixed my boat trailer while I was out house boating. Thank goodness he fixed the wench strap because while I was boating the boat was damaged, so I needed the wench strap to pull it onto the trailer. He even gave us an insider's tip about Shasta to get the most out of our trip. ALSO he fixed my friend's trailer!!!!
