      He was the lowest bidder. I wish I had gone with someone else. It has taken forever for him to do the job. The contract was signed mid November 2014. As of today's date May 12th, 2015 he still had not returned to finish the job. It took literally months for him to put my roof on. Then he had to be reminded about the rest of the work that needed to be done. He is one of the biggest procrastinators I have ever met. Doesn't seem to care about customer relations at all. His word means nothing!!!
