Please don't make the same mistake I did. I left the house to run errands and the cleaning service called me an HOUR before they were scheduled to leave, saying they were done. I thanked them and told them to just lock themselves out. Few days later I come to find I was billed for the full amount of time. Completely dishonest. Thea from MaidPro Baltimore stuck behind her employees' lies even though I had cell phone records showing when they called saying they were about to leave. Adding insult, she offered me $6 off my next cleaning. Yes, $6. Not a great job, and a lot of hassle, stay away.
