Highly recommend Custom Truck in Redwood City. Ken's customer service is amazing. He got me my tonneau cover in record time and when one of the parts was missing (factory screw up), Ken was able to get the part shipped next day. (Amazon can't even ship next day at this time, but Ken puled it off). So thankful for that. It's great to support small businesses during this time too, will definitely shop here again.

Ken and his team offered great service to me and my Tacoma pickup. They installed a tonneau cover super quick. I feel much better now carrying around golf clubs or more expensive items that I want hidden from the the public view. Thanks guys!

These guys are great. Before you buy online, give them a shout. They always seem to have that hard to find part on hand and in stock, and the service is 5-star. You might pay $5 more for the same part, but you'll also be able to hit the trails this weekend, not next.

all the guys at custom truck were friendly, efficient, and professional. i bought a rear sliding window over the phone to replace a broken one. ken knew exactly what i needed, the price was good, and when it arrived, i was called right away. because i have my own business, i couldn't make it over to them for several weeks. however, when i did call them, they got me in within a couple of hours. i was only there maybe 20 minutes, and they were done. man, i wish EVERY business was as good as these guys. thanx team!!!

Manny contacted me the next day,so I decided to ask more questions and Ken advised me to see Manny so I can have a better selections of wheels and tires in-store. So I came that weekend to inquire about lifting my SUV,getting New set of wheels and tires and also changing the shocks.Manny is very helpful in helping me to choose the right stuff for my SUV. Ken and his team at Custom Truck did a great job outfitting my 2010 Sierra Denali...Bed Rug, Bakflip cover, steps, rail covers etc. The offered excellent advice, communicated well and did the install very quickly.

I would highly recommend them.

Out of warranty repair on a bed cover. When a company fixes a problem that isn't their responsibility then that is a 5 star company. I'll be coming back for my future purchases and modifications.
