Over 60 years we have created some of the most iconic buildings in northern Nevada. Hotels, casinos, office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, roads and bridges, apartments and corporate headquarters – even an atomic test site – McKenzie-built structures dot the Reno skyline and are used by thousands of people every day. Founded in 1953 by E.W. McKenzie – and family owned for three generations – our company built the first concrete tilt up warehouse in the State of Nevada. This revolution in construction made it much quicker and more affordable to construct commercial buildings than it had ever been before. In over 60 years in business McKenzie Properties has constructed over $1 billion in projects.

Provided by YP.comMcKenzie Won't Stick to their Word! McKenzie committed to pay for or split expenses to fix electrical issues, but when it came to pay, they reneged! Even if McKenzie says they will pay for something in writing, don't take their word for it, get the payment UP FRONT!

Provided by YP.comTenants and Potential Buyers of McKenzie Properties BEWARE! - Tenants at one of McKenzie Properties complained about a sewer smell(which doesn't mix well with the food from the tenant), then McKenzie had their own electricians attempt to repair a Sewer Panel box who were untrained in this type of panel, fried the box then refused to pay for it! A trained sewer system electrician even commented: "NOTE: DAMAGE TO PANEL APPERS TO BE FROM UNQUALIFIED PERSONS DISTURBING WIRING AND CONTROLS" And yet they still refuse to Pay for it! If you are a tenant in any property managed by McKenzie Properties, you should ensure ALL repairs have been performed by qualified repair staff. If you are a potential buyer of one of their properties, I recommend you request repair records for all repairs made while McKenzie owned the property to ensure they were done by qualified personnel!
