Evergreen City Ballet invites you, your business, organization or PTA to join the Adopt-a-School ProgramBudget cuts faced by local school districts mean fewer opportunities for children to be exposed to the arts. You can make a difference in their lives. Through our Dance ALIVE! education program, ECB has become one of the most important resources for teachers, principals and parents in south King County. Since its inception in 2008, more than 3, 300 elementary school children have been exposed to the art of dance through our in-school presentations, at no cost to them or the schools.Teachers, administrators and children have been unanimous in their praise of Dance ALIVE! Here's what they say:"This is great for our kids. We have such a diverse population and a lot of these kids live in poverty. ECB is exposing them to something they would never have experienced otherwise."
