I practice in an open studio style which means that you have access to all art materials each session and free reign on directing your therapy. You can choose to talk about your art making or let the power of art production be it's own therapy. If you are nervous about art making we can utilize talk therapy and you can choose to try any art medium that you wish. I have experience treating people with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment issues, Trauma and other life challenges; in family, couples and individual counseling.
