Our technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain why we were having bug issues and then explained in detail how he was going to address our concerns. I usually am suspicious of new companies but these guys where very professional and punctual. Haven't had an issue with my ants in over a month and they even called me to see how everything was going. Which really surprised me.
