Our Project Management activities encompass the full spectrum of support services that include: (1) developing PMO frameworks and processes; (2) supporting projects from initiation through closeout; and (3) offering specialized services as required to supplement specific organizational needs. Earned Value Management is a technique that we employ to objectively track the actual accomplishment of work on a project. By combining and integrating measurements of technical accomplishments, budget performance, and schedule performance, our EVM approach provides on-target answers to the following questions: Is the work getting done? Our Quality assurance (QA) services offer a systematic method for monitoring and evaluating management and engineering activities across the program lifecycle to ensure compliance with established standards. Our configuration management (CM) services focus on establishing and maintaining consistency of a system's or product's performance and its functional and physical attributes with requirements, design, and operational information throughout its lifecycle. Our process engineering services commence with face to face meetings with executive and senior managers of an organization to gain a thorough understanding of the business objectives, corporate culture, and existing organizational polices and processes. Our process engineers assess the organizational maturity and process area capabilities, establish priorities for improvement and guide the implementation of those improvements. Our methodology has consistently: (1) delivered time-tested benefits to clients that include efficient and effective appraisals and improvements across multiple process disciplines; (2) reduced training and appraisal costs; and (3) provided a common integrated vision of improvement for all organizational elements. As an approved SEI Partner for the CMMI and authorized provider of Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) appraisals, we are licensed to perform external, objective appraisals and assessments for government and commercial organizations.
