      Spoke to the new manager at Pool People in Rhinelander regarding our spa problems. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He showed us a less costly solution. Great service!

      I called the Rhinelander store on 5/28/2013 around 10:30 AM, I told them my pool filter froze up during the winter, and I was wondering if they stock the parts for my pool filter. Person who answered phone was very rude said "no we don't", and hung up on me.. Didn't give me a chance inquire prices for a totally new filter, or a quote on a new pump. Wow!! Looks like they didn't care about $500 worth of business.
