      Liliya is a top-rate designer and her work is impeccable and creative. She can create virtually any apparel for you that fits YOU perfectly and flatters you in the best way. The fabrics in the store are gorgeous. This designer and shop is Richmond's little secret, I think. I'm so glad I found her before my son's wedding and also a trip overseas. She designs elegant formal wear as well as suits (whether with pants or skirts), etc. Also superb alterations. Fabulous!
