This is the worst place ever. Why does a Medicaid cab driver have to be so rude. The one named Michael is the worst. He is rude n VMAS needs to stop dealing with them. Driver was continually fussing bc he had other people to pick up. Do not use them.

Picked me up from my hotel down by the airport and hauled me up to Henrico. On time, friendly driver, clean cab, no worries. Told cab driver I needed a ride back at 4:15. No problem. So I thought. Called the company at 4:30, "we don't have anybody up in that area." Excellent. Another cab company now coming to pick me up, I hope.

If you're not in a rush, then I'd recommend this. However, the customer service sucks and they are never on time. I called at 10:30 am asking for a taxi at 12:20. It is 1:03, I had to be at work at 12:30 and there is still no cab. I called 3 times asking when he'd be here and the dispatcher would cut me off and say he's on his way. I kept telling him I had to be at work. At 5 minutes to one, I called again and asked if there was another cab. He said no and that the cab I was assigned to was still held up somewhere else. I told him it would have been nice if I had known this earlier and he just hung up in the middle of my sentence. I use this company all of the time, but after this, I'm not sure if I will ever use them again.

wouldnt call these people if I was dying. I called and waited for 2hrs and wound up being late to where I was going. he told me other calls were more important than mine. Last I checked my money was green too. calling 2hrs in advance and no ride is ridiculous

i have had MULTIPLE rides scheduled with these people through medicaid even AFTER i filed a few complaints & told the to NEVER use them 4 me again! they never call to tell you they have no cabs available even when they show up HOURS late! & even when PAYING YOURSELF they do the same!! then get mad when you say you dont need the ride & start CURSING AT YOU!

I have only used yellow cab once.The cab driver was late,and had a dirty cab.Not to mention I was charged twice. When i called and tried to talk to the manger.I was told he was busy and would get back with me in a few days. This is not a cab company worth your time or money.

This is what happen . My girlfriend call for a cab be for she went to the store they told her 45mins . 45mins later no cab so she called them back , then they told her 20mins , 1hr late i called ask them whats the hold up " they told me there no cabs by, and that they are not coming to call somebody else. Is What they told me " You know what i did call somebody else i called VAT-Cab and they was there in about 15mins and the driver help take the bags to the front door and i gave him a $50 dollar tip just for helping
