We went to another restaurant first but the wait was 11/2 hours, so we went to Flavor. We were very impressed. The crab quesidillas and spinach and artichoke dip were delicious. I don't like calamari but the cajun calamari might just change my mind. It was crunchy, not chewy and very flavorful. My husband has tried several restaurants calamari and stated this is the best calamari he ever had. Wish there was a way to take some home- but calamari doesn't reheat well. The bread and butter were wonderful. For entrees, we had the porterhouse steak which was good but needed more flavor; the cajun pasta was very good- the shrimp and chicken were prepared well; the rib tip and jerk chicken were seasoned very well-however, the portion was small compared to the other two entrees. The soups were mediocre. The salad dressing- green onion - was different but good. The service was very good. The restaurant is small but that adds to the intimate feeling.
