Hansen Awning is a family run business which at times is very comfortable to deal with but they like many small family run businesses are totally disorganized. They do good work making awnings and installing and taking down in fall at reasonable prices, but they seldom show up on time to do the work,. We have waited months, yes months for them to take down our awning in the fall and very rarely do they get the awning up before the end of June, regardless if we call 1st of May or 31st of May. If you call, don't leave a message on thier answering machine (that's right it's an old machine - welcome to the 80's), as I can't tell if they even know how to oporate the machine as they NEVER retun a message left on it.
