I agree with the others that the staff and Dr. Ortega are very friendly. However, Dr. Ortega took the better part of a year to make my dentures as she could not get them to fit properly. It was a nightmare. They still do not fit properly after going back in four times more. I am going to another dentist to remedy this problem. she did not take my insurance and would not take Medicare. My wife and I are both on Medicare. So this fiasco was out of pocket. I am very disappointed. Maybe your experience will be better. Thank you.

Dr. Ortega is an excellent dentist. She specializes in prosthodontics, which may make you think she can only work on dentures, bridges and fake teeth; but that is far from the truth. She is amazing with cosmetic dentistry; very skilled at doing filling, fixing chipped teeth, and bleaching. Her dental hygienist is very skilled (and attractive). My experience at Dr. Ortega's office has been beyond satisfactory. My only complaint is that they are not a preferred for enough dental coverage plans. I had Blue Cross of Alabama through my employer, and there was a moderate expense out of pocket. OVERALL: GREAT DENTIST, GREAT STAFF, GREAT TEETH!
