I wrote the negative review from July 2nd. I'm unable to delete the thread, but have since been contacted by the owner. She went above and beyond to make things right and write me a beautiful note. I'm happy to say that since she did try to make things right, I will try her in the future. Happy to say it was resolved.

I had the worst experience at this shop. I called and was quoted a price and they asked me when I needed my garment back. I gave a date and was told to drop it off 4 days before the date. When I went to pick up my dress, it was $70.00 more than the quoted price. When I spoke to the owner, she said her employee quoted me the wrong price. They also tacked on $25-30 rush charge. I would have been "okay" with paying the price it typically costs, but to tack on a rush charge when YOU told me when to bring it in, just didn't feel right. It was so disheartening that she wouldn't work with me on the cost. Her solution was to talk to her employee. That's great for the next person, but I'm stuck paying for something I would have never brought in known the cost. She did give me the garment bag for free. I didn't know they charged for the garment bag. I'd gladly have paid the quoted price I was quoted plus the 10 cents for the garbage bag or brought my own trash bag to cover my garment. Extremely disappointed she didn't work with me or even to feel that badly about it. I gladly would have paid more if she would have discounted the price or wiped away the rush order. Maybe they do a good job, but if you have any issues, good luck in resolving the situation. If she would have worked with me, I would have gone back and referred customers.

After a 3 month time span, Kim was able to complete alterations on nearly all my business clothing. Kim is very accomodating, priced right, passionate about her work and pleasure to be around. When someone is passionate about their work, you know that pride is taken in her work and it shows by the way the clothing has been refitted to your body. Kim is very knowledgeable about the fabrics and what stresses the fabric will hold up to as well. Since my wardrobe has been completely over-hauled by Kim, it may be a while before I'm back, but when I do have something that needs altering, I will not hesitate to return to Kim for my needs.

Love this place, I used them for altering a bridesmaid dress and they did such a great job that I went back to them for my own wedding dress. Everything she does is perfectly altered without needing to worry about anything!! She is amazing!!

Easy to work with, very reasonably priced, wedding dress fit like a glove!
