Husband sat for 3 wks waiting for the day he had to work.He drove 80 x 2 daily miles to get to work.Worked 3 days,had off for 3 days,day back to work,after working 6 hrs,was told he was layed off.This type of professional does not need to have a company.You do not do an employee like this,after they have jumped hoops to work for you.Especially after the employee,is depending on the income from this full time employment,to pay his rent ,and transportation cost,along with support of his family. The employee left his place of residence 2 hrs early just so he could make it to work on time.This was very unprofessional to say the least of this employer,to not even give a notice that this would be happening.When the employer told employee this job would be going from Hanford,ca to mendota / firebough area where employee was living.Shame on you Big River Drilling.
