They say they buy phones.....

I was quoted $103 for my 'old' phone yesterday. Its worth $150 to $200 online, (used and in good condition, I like to compare apples to apples) but they have to make a profit and I understand that. Brought the phone in today and the associates commented on how nice I had kept it and said I would get top dollar. They tested the phone and it passed with flying colors.

Final offer: $28......

Thanks for lying to the face of a customer that has been loyal to the brand for years. Not going back, ever.....
