I chose Alcova Mortgage because when I called in they immedately had a mortgage consultant to help me and answered all my questions honestly and upfront. I didn't understand why they were asking so many questions but then they explained how the answers and my credit determined my interest rate. I am educated about the loan process and they quickly closed my loan in about 2 weeks and I got to skip a months payment. I was happy with the process and would recommend them.

Never returned call after millions of promises. Its been weeks since our meeting for the pre qualification and I gathered all the unnecessary information,to not have any results. This was a standard conventional loan, nothing difficult! Went to another company and I was pre_qualified, got the loan and will be moving in 3 weeks. Still havnt heard from Alcova. It may of just been the rep I had -vs- Alcova as a whole. Dont recommend company to anyone!
