Contacted Jarrett Wilkes with Bartlett to prune my trees rather than having them topped like many of my neighbors. Certified Arborist was the biggest selling point. Jarrett contacted me within a few days of my initial request, using the contact method that suited me best. The quoted price was very reasonable and Jarrett called to let me know that he was running late for the initial appointment. He also kept me informed when he had to change the work appointment secondary to a delay with another job. The trees look great - healthy and shapely - not butchered like topping does to a tree. Would use Jarrett and Bartlett Tree Experts again. Highly recommend!
